This hands-on workshop is an informal, yet comprehensive experience designed to ignite your passion for inspiring healthy raw cakes. In a relaxed and fun environment, we’ll learn the ins and outs of making easy plant-based, gluten-free, free-from-refined-sugar sweet treats.
Using nuts, seeds and superfoods along with dried and fresh fruits, we’ll learn how easy it is to create raw cakes and pies.
Be warned though when you share these treats with your friends and family they will not believe they are vegan… and then you’ll have to hide them, because they will disappear quickly 😆.

An international plant-based retreat chef, recipe developer and cookbook author. I’ve been making raw cakes and desserts for over 20 years. It’s an absolute delight to uncover the magical alchemy of raw food sweet treat making with you during this workshop.
Where is the workshop?
The venue is in the popular seaside village of Mumbles. We’ll be working in a spacious kitchen workshop venue overlooking the whole of Swansea Bay.
