I went vegan 27 years ago and have experienced optimal levels of health ever since. Back in the early days, it was difficult to find good vegan food (I mean honestly it was a nightmare). I realised if I wanted good food, then I had to create it myself. My goal was to make food that was not only easy to prepare but also incredibly tasty!

After lots of playing with new ingredients, it all started to work like magic. Not only did my friends love the food, but it also won over fussy eaters and meat lovers. The increasing demand for conscious plant-based cuisine meant that I soon started catering on retreats as a chef, both in the UK and abroad. I feel an incredible depth of compassion for all sentient life.
