- Other delicious things
As your retreat chef in the evenings, you’ll get to enjoy delectably delicious conscious kitchen meals, prepared by me!
Taking super healthy vegan chocolate making to a whole new level
We will explore different ways to make scrumptious treats from scratch, enjoying secret chocolate inspired recipes that I’ve never shared before, chocolate bars, caramel filled chocolates, chocolate pralines, chocolate truffles and chocolate gift making.
Making divinely inspired Buddha Bowls for lunch together
We will also look at creating other savoury foods including vibrant salads and dips for lunch, and then turning them into divinely inspired ‘Buddha Bowls”. It’s all about igniting our adventuresome spirits in the kitchen.
This weekend retreat is a celebration, of love for the inter-connectivity of all life, with foods that can help to heal, inspire and raise our vibration.
Gentle Yoga Sessions
We will benefit from some beautiful yoga sessions with my special guest Becky Sperring. Becky has been teaching yoga for 10 years with an approach that addresses the needs of each individual. The sessions are suitable for all levels.
For Becky, yoga is about releasing what constricts us and opening up space. We do this in our bodies through āsana-s (postures) in our breath using prāṇāyāma, in our minds through meditation, and then in our lives – giving us space to ‘be’ more in the moment and to be more free. The breath is a vital link between body and mind, and is described as the vehicle by which prāṇa (life force) moves into and around our bodies, helping to create this space for a free flow of energy. Breath is at the heart of what Becky teaches as she encourages practise with awareness of what is happening with breath and the body and at a pace and level which suits each individual – with no pressure and no judgement, just acceptance, compassion and a light heart.
With over 23 years experience of creating plant-based cuisine, I have oodles of inspiration to share. Whether you are looking for inspiring ways to incorporate the healthiest, most vibrant food into your daily life or just to be part of a beautiful experience, this retreat promises to be an uplifting and deeply inspiring weekend for all.
Who is this event for?
This weekend is suitable for anyone who resonates with what I am sharing here at Kind Earth. It doesn’t matter if you are new to making food in this way or if you are already experienced in the kitchen. There is no right or wrong this weekend. This is all about being YOU! And finding your own unique expression in the kitchen (and that expression is different for us all).
Remember, the vibration you put into your body is that which you’re mostly going to feel in day-to-day life. So let’s create good vibes together with conscious cuisine!

I have loved this opportunity to renew and consciously connect with the beauty, vibration & nutrition of food. I feel confident, healed and energised in moving forward 😊 I would highly recommend this course to anyone and everyone”. Michelle
