Simply put all the ingredients into the pan at the same time. Bring the contents to the boil and allow to simmer for a few short minutes. It’s as easy as that to make your own tomato ketchup at home.

You can keep it in a jar for a couple of weeks in the fridge.
Alternatively freeze it in small portions and take it out ahead of time whenever you know that you might need it.

A healthy, homemade posh tomato ketchup recipe. With warming spices and coconut sugar to sweeten.
Ingredients
- 150ml (⅔ cup) passata
- 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
- 1 teaspoon sea salt
- 1 teaspoon ground coriander
- 2 teaspoons coconut sugar
- 1 teaspoon onion powder (or granules)
- ½ cinnamon
- ½ smoked paprika
Instructions
- Put all ingredients into a saucepan.
- Mix everything in until it's all evenly combined as you bring the contents of the pan to the boil.
- Once it starts to bubble, turn down to a medium simmer.
- Simmer for a few minutes.
- Your homemade tomato ketchup is now ready.
- Serve hot or cold.
- Store in a jar for a couple of weeks in the fridge. Or alternatively freeze into portions.
