If you’ve found this page then you may well be one of the first people to visit this site… it’s totally new. I feel so thrilled to be able to finally share Trinity’s Conscious Kitchen, the book and welcome you here with open arms.

It all all began after ‘the day that changed my life forever’ during an incredibly profound spiritual awakening whilst working in Germany almost 20 years ago. My life changed instantly as I experienced the inter-connectivity of all life in a miraculous moment that inspired an entirely new way of being for me. The veil of illusion fell. I couldn’t knowingly harm another sentient being again. I turned vegan over night and began an exciting journey of unfolding that eventually brought me all the way to writing a recipe book to share the gift of higher vibrational cuisine with anyone who should resonate. Creating interesting and delicious recipes began early on in my journey, although they really came into their own when I started catering for vegan events and especially the spiritual retreats and courses that my husband and I facilitate together at Openhand. My book was born from the myriads of people who kept asking for my recipes. I’d reply “erm… I just sort of allow them to happen, not quite sure how I did it“. People who’d experience my food kept warm heartedly saying “you really should write a book!”. The biggest obstacle was writing down the recipes. I found that being inspired by the divine creativity of the moment didn’t lend itself too well to weighing and measuring let alone stopping to remember the exact quantities I’d just lovingly thrown in the mixing bowl. However, I found an amazing rhythm and after a few years I found that I had gathered together an amazing collection of recipes.

To me, everything is about the energy. Trinity’s Conscious Kitchen isn’t just a book – it’s a sharing from my soul to yours. It has been inspired by a deep soulful connection with unity consciousness and all sentient life. It you resonate then it is designed to touch the same depths of love and compassion within you that I have found within myself. It’s meant to allow an expansion of consciousness that will take spiritual evolution to a whole new level.

This website is designed to be a meeting place of inspiration for those who resonate. I plan to update regularly with new recipes, video food creation demos and other insights and inspiration.
