Easy Vegan Mushroom Gravy Recipe

An easy vegan mushroom gravy recipe, using chestnut mushrooms, garlic and cornflour.

Ingredients

  • 150g chestnut mushrooms (crimini or brown mushrooms)
  • 1 large clove garlic
  • 2 tablespoons coconut or olive oil
  • 200ml water (just over 3/4 cup)
  • 2 heaped teaspoons cornflour/cornstarch
  • 1 heaped teaspoon onion granules (or powder)
  • 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
