Juicing is awesome. There are few things in life that give you such a rapid infusion of nutrients and can make you feel so vibrant and alive! I often hear people telling me that they really want to get into juicing, but they don’t have enough time. Given the incredible benefits that juicing can bring it really needs to find it’s way right to the top of our priority list. In fact, my own experience is that drinking fresh vegetable juice actually frees up energy and give me more time to do the things I love!
This video shows how to make an easy, highly nutritious juice. It is all about just getting up and going for it; it’s about totally embracing the incredible health benefits that fresh vegetable juice can bring; because, yes, you deserve it!
So, let’s get juicing…

Hi there 🙂 We just had apple, carrot, beetroot and kale juice… love your juicer- we have the cheaper, centrifugal sort. Totally agree with you about juicing; nothing else gets me out the door in my running kit after a hard day at work…
Sounds delicious – delighted to hear that you share my passion for juicing.
I’ve tried quite a few different juicers over the years and I do love the one I have – it’s actually not the most expensive either compared to some. Yields excellent juice.
Juicing is awesome! Excellent video too. I haven’t tried dandelions, yet. I will it when they come into season here. I’ve used different juicers and I love the Omega J8004 masticating juicer. It does a great job with leafy greens and you can even make sorbet with it. What a bonus! Best wishes and happy juicing!
Hi, I just discovered your wonderful website and I’m excited to try your recipes. I’m not a Vegan, but eat healthy organic fresh raw and some cooked foods. The past six months my family and I purchased a VitaMix blender to get more nutrient rich veggies, fruits, nuts, seeds and oil in our diet. I certainly wasn’t cooking all that every day and new I was missing out. The more I read and understand nutrient rich raw foods and the benefits, the more I wanted to research other ways to prepare food. Then I found you today. What a joy and I love watching your videos and delightful personality.
I passed your website on to my son, who in the last six months has become a Vegan. He got me into mixing and drinking the whole food, pulp and all. The fiber is amazing and nothing is wasted. I see you juice, but wondered what you do with the pulp? Also this blender is so easy to wash and rinse in a minute.
Thank you for all you share and do. I look forward to mixing up your delicious healthy recipes and will also follow you on Facebook. Karin Maez, San Francisco, California
Welcome to my website Karin.
I am delighted to hear that you are really making healthy eating work for you.
My juicer is quite efficient, so there really isn’t too much pulp left, I normally compost it. Juicing squeezes most of the beneficial nutrients into the glass. Carrot and ginger pulp works really well in the no-bake carrot cake (instead of grated carrot). I think if you love blending to include the pulp, then it’s a great way to do it. Juicing can give more nutrients from more veggies per volume of juice rather than veggie smoothies. There is benefit to both methods ‘though…. the important thing is that you do what works for you 🙂
