It’s official. I’ve decided to take my book to Bristol VegFest this weekend with my very own ‘Trinity’s Conscious Kitchen Book’ stall! I am really excited! This is the one of the biggest known vegan events in Europe and possibly the world, running over three days. We are expecting over 20,000 guests to flood through the gates between 6pm Friday 23rd May and 10pm Sunday 25th. There will be all sort of things going on there; loads of
amazing vegan food to sample and buy, demos, talks, live bands, cinema and tonnes of different stalls to browse. It is amazing that the British vegan movement has gathered so much momentum over the last few decades. I feel so excited to be a part of it…
If you are around, please do come and find my stall and say hello. I love meeting new people who are interested in conscious eating or those already into it! I’ll be on hand the whole time to talk healthy-vegan-food and sign books.
You can find out more details and venue location here:

If you are visiting I’d love to see you there!

Hey Trinty! I am planning to go for one day. I’ve heard it is very good. So I will look out for you and recommend your book to people at the stall! I made your Soulful soup yesterday. Very tasty. I ate my last raw chocolate brownie today . 🙁 Must make some more tomorrow! I adore them!
That’s great Lisa. I look forward to seeing you there.
I am smiling knowing that you are really enjoying these most recent recipes too. I’m on a gluten-free mission at the moment, so more to follow soon. x
